After 6 months trading, TMI successfully consolidated all EMEA locations into a central travel program, operated from our Dublin office, whilst experiencing severe resistance from EMEA travellers having to use a Travel Management Company, every obstacle was put in place to stop consolidation with TMI. Soon after the incubation period, the EMEA traveller soon realised the value brought to the process in both service delivery and cost saving initiatives by TMI and thus allowing their personnel to be more productive in their job, opposed to surfing the net for cheap tickets. |
