THE CHALLANGE


A US software company with 15 EMEA locations and Europe headquatered in Dublin, have 1500 travellers within Europe. Prior to TMI being awarded the business for Europe, the company was dealing with a large global agency, utilising local travel offices in each location, however this resulted in un-reliant reporting and limited supplier agreements.

TMI successfully expedited an Air France agreement from travel originating solely within France to a Region-wide Agreement for travel originating throughout EMEA. Savings to the client exceeded €125,000.
