We believe that our organisation is only as good as the people
employed within. Therefore to be successful in business we have striven
to create a working environment for staff which leads ultimately to
business success and a high level of staff retention.
A key focus and priority of TMI is the technical training and
development of all staff. One particular area which is given
significant priority for all of our consultants is training in creative
airfares and ticketing techniques, which are organised on an on-going
basis by GlobalStars European HQ in London, by their in-house Training
Officers.
As consultants they are tasked with ensuring we achieve savings at
source, whether it involves utilising net fares, split ticketing or
air-passes - all creative techniques which require expertise and
knowledge and the ability not to rely on fares quoted automatically by
a reservations system (CRS).
